80 Acres Farms and Soli Organic announced a strategic merger to form a scaled national indoor farming company that will operate under the 80 Acres Farms name and be headquartered in Hamilton, Ohio. The combined business unites 80 Acres' GroLoop technology and indoor farming operations with Soli's retail footprint and agronomic expertise, serving more than 17,000 storefronts and projecting nearly $200 million in first-year revenues.

PlantPlus Foods Acquires Sol Cuisine Ltd.

The deal will allow Fresh Del Monte to scale Avolio's extraction technology (planned to process 140 metric tons of avocados per day), advance sustainability and circular-economy initiatives, and drive growth into higher-margin specialty ingredient markets.
