Dynamo Software Acquires Preqin Solutions

Dynamo Software has acquired Preqin Solutions (formerly Baxon Solutions), a London-based provider of cloud software for private equity portfolio monitoring, valuation, performance analysis, and ESG impact measurement. The deal integrates Preqin Solutions’ portfolio and ESG capabilities into Dynamo’s alternative-investment SaaS platform, expands Dynamo’s London and APAC presence, and strengthens the partnership with Preqin Limited; terms were not disclosed.

BlackRock to Acquire Preqin

BlackRock has agreed to acquire Preqin, a leading private markets data and research provider, for £2.55 billion (approximately $3.2 billion) in cash. The deal brings Preqin's data and recurring-revenue business into BlackRock's Aladdin platform to expand the firm's private markets data, analytics and technology capabilities and broaden its institutional client reach.

Princeton Bancorp Acquires Cornerstone Financial Corporation

Princeton Bancorp, Inc., the parent of The Bank of Princeton, agreed to acquire Cornerstone Financial Corporation, the holding company of Cornerstone Bank, in a stock-and-cash merger valued at approximately $17.9 million. The deal, approved by both boards, will add Cornerstone’s ~ $321 million in assets and six branch locations to Princeton’s footprint in southern New Jersey and is expected to close in mid-2024 pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.
