TA Associates has entered exclusive negotiations to make a majority growth investment in DL Software, a France-based group of 13 vertical ERP software vendors. Current majority shareholder 21 Invest France, co-investors Amundi Private Equity Funds and Swen Capital Partners, and company founders and management would retain stakes; the deal is expected to close in Q2 2021 subject to approvals.
