Hinduja Global Solutions Acquires Majority Stake in Element Solutions

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has acquired a majority (57%) stake in Element Solutions, a digital transformation and digital-marketing services firm. The deal adds roughly 75 employees (33 in the U.S., remainder in India) and is intended to expand HGS Interactive’s digital capabilities and onshore presence to deliver end-to-end digital transformation services.

HSI is majority‑owned by Waud Capital Partners, which has supported HSI's growth through add-on acquisitions.

Hydrite Acquires Enterprise Specialty Products, Inc.

Hydrite, a family-owned chemical manufacturer headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, acquired Enterprise Specialty Products, Inc. (ESP), a Laurens, South Carolina-based foam control product provider, effective September 3, 2025. The deal expands Hydrite’s product portfolio and marks its entrance into the U.S. Southeast region; ESP founder Allen Waters will continue to oversee day-to-day operations to ensure continuity for customers and employees.

Keysight Technologies Acquires ESI Group

Keysight Technologies announced the successful result of its cash tender offer for ESI Group shares and will hold 98.2% of ESI's share capital following settlement. Keysight said it will request a squeeze-out of remaining shares at the same cash price (€155 per share); ESI is a France-based provider of predictive physics modeling and virtual prototyping software with ~1,000 employees and ~€130m in 2022 revenue.

ISS Inspection Services—comprising NIC Inspection Services, PTI Industries, PRO Inspection Services and CTS Inspection Services—brings ~300 employees across five U.S. facilities and expands Element's NDT, inspection and special-process capabilities in aerospace, defense, space and energy MRO and aftermarket markets.
