Dev IQ, a cloud-native software engineering and consulting firm, has acquired the consulting business of Notion One LLC to strengthen its Microsoft and Azure cloud capabilities. Notion One founders Eric Brown and Tyler Brinks will join Dev IQ in leadership roles, and the deal brings Notion One's client relationships and Microsoft/Azure talent into Dev IQ's practice.

Sia has acquired Kaiser Associates, a boutique strategy consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., to launch a dedicated Corporate Strategy, Private Equity & M&A business line and accelerate its U.S. expansion. Kaiser Associates’ leadership (Ali Cumber, Paul Mumma and Jon Meyerholz) will join Sia, with Jon Meyerholz named Managing Partner of the new business line; the deal is intended to broaden Sia’s strategic advisory capabilities and scale Kaiser’s services globally.

Sia Partners Acquires Churchill Consulting (Perth)

The acquisition (effective July 6, 2022) establishes Sia Partners' first office in Western Australia as part of its broader push into the Australian market and strengthens its capabilities in the energy and mining sectors.
