The majority stake was purchased from Round Table Capital Partners; Ardurra will continue to be led by CEO Ernesto Aguilar and retain significant management/employee ownership as it pursues geographic expansion, capability development and strategic M&A.

Ardurra Group, Inc., a portfolio company of RTC Partners, has acquired LNV, Inc., a multi-discipline engineering, architectural and surveying firm with offices in Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Laredo, Texas. The transaction expands Ardurra’s Texas presence and adds architectural and transportation capabilities to its existing water, civil, public works, survey, environmental and structural disciplines.
