CIC Partners Makes Growth Capital Investment in Tri-State Holdings LLC

Dallas-based private equity firm CIC Partners has made a growth capital investment in Tri-State Holdings LLC, a Joaquin, Texas-based provider of water transportation and disposal services to oil and gas producers in the Haynesville Shale. The capital will enable Tri-State to expand its disposal services and follow-on growth, and Tri-State concurrently acquired saltwater disposal assets from Key Energy Services as part of its service expansion.

One Equity Partners Acquires 29% Stake in Cicor Technologies Ltd.

One Equity Partners (OEP) has acquired a 29% stake in Cicor Technologies Ltd., becoming the company's largest shareholder and joining its board. Cicor, a Swiss electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider headquartered in Boudry with more than 2,000 employees and ten production sites, will use OEP's capital and industry expertise to accelerate organic growth and evaluate strategic acquisitions across the fragmented European EMS market.

Cadence Equity Partners has made a majority investment in SCCI Group Limited, a UK provider of design, installation and maintenance solutions for in‑building networks, fire & life safety and fibre services. The deal is backed by co-investor Headway Capital Partners; existing majority investor Lonepiper will retain a minority stake and SCCI management will hold an increased minority ownership. The business has c.£85m revenue and c.450 employees, with headquarters in Harlow, Essex, United Kingdom.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
