An affiliate of private investment firm SK Capital Partners has acquired a majority interest in Techmer PM and will recapitalize the Clinton, Tennessee-based materials company. Techmer PM founder and CEO John Manuck will remain a significant shareholder as SK Capital supports the company's global growth and capability expansion.
