FFL Partners, CDPQ and Dr. H. Doug Barnes Family Acquire New Look Vision Group

FFL Partners, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) and the Dr. H. Doug Barnes Family completed the acquisition of all outstanding Class A common shares of New Look Vision Group Inc. for C$50.00 per share, taking the company private and initiating delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange. The investors said they will support New Look Vision's management to grow and expand its retail store network across North America and pursue additional opportunities in the eye care market.
