MiddleGround Capital has acquired National Kwikmetal Services (NKS) through its portfolio company Banner Industries as the Banner platform's third add-on since MiddleGround's 2019 acquisition of Banner. NKS is a specialty metal services provider serving small-to-medium customers across automotive, aerospace & defense, power generation, medical and construction end markets; the deal expands Banner's geographic reach, product capabilities and end-market diversification.
