Milton Street Capital Forms ProVeyance Group by Acquiring Woodsage and Ashland Conveyor Products

Houston-based private equity firm Milton Street Capital formed ProVeyance Group by acquiring Ohio-based Woodsage and Ashland Conveyor Products and named Tim Carpenter CEO. The combined platform creates a North American manufacturer of conveyor components and subsystems to expand manufacturing capabilities, reduce supply-chain risk, and pursue further strategic acquisitions.
