Kodiak Building Partners has acquired Sunrise Builders Supply, a two-location building materials distributor founded in Horn Lake, Mississippi, expanding Kodiak’s footprint into the Mississippi and Tennessee markets. Sunrise will continue operating locally under Kodiak’s ownership, which Kodiak says will provide additional vendor access, growth opportunities, and operational support.
