DCA Partners, with co-investor CVF Capital Partners and financing support from Gladstone Capital, acquired the Toxicology Direct Bill division of Cordant Health Solutions in a carve-out from an unnamed financial institution. The division provides drug testing and medication monitoring services to parole/probation agencies, drug courts and treatment clinics across the United States and will continue operating under the Cordant name.
