Barentz International Acquires Pestell Nutrition from Wind Point Partners

Barentz International has entered into an agreement to acquire Pestell Nutrition, a Canada-based distributor of feed additives, nutritional ingredients, minerals and pet specialty ingredients, from Wind Point Partners. The acquisition strengthens Barentz's animal nutrition and animal health capabilities in North America and is expected to close subject to customary regulatory approvals.
