VC3, a Columbia, South Carolina-based managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, has acquired Wellteck IT, an MSP based in Midland, Texas. The deal expands VC3's presence in the Southwestern United States and brings Wellteck's managed services, cybersecurity and IT consulting capabilities into VC3's platform.
