Vecta Environmental Services, a Cotton Creek Capital portfolio company, has acquired Specialized Technologies, LLC (SpecTech), an industrial services provider headquartered in Sulphur, Louisiana. The add-on expands Vecta's chemical cleaning and degassing capabilities, increases scale and customer density along the Gulf Coast, and adds another operating location to Vecta's footprint.
