Converge Technology Solutions Corp. acquired all Class A membership interests in Software Information Systems, LLC (SIS) from VBS Holding Company, Inc., giving Converge full control of SIS. The deal adds managed cloud delivery, compute/network/storage optimization and IT spend optimization capabilities to Converge's Hybrid IT platform and keeps SIS's existing management team in place.

Vistra to Acquire Minority Equity Interests in Vistra Vision LLC

Vistra executed definitive agreements to acquire the remaining 15% equity interests in Vistra Vision LLC from minority affiliates of Nuveen Asset Management and Avenue Capital Management. The deal is expected to close on December 31, 2024, with a net present value purchase price of $3.085 billion (paid in installments over two years, subject to dividend-based adjustment).

CSI Acquires Velocity Solutions from H.I.G. Capital

Velocity Solutions — a nearly 30-year-old provider of deposit acquisition, customer engagement and intelligent overdraft management software that serves more than 30 million consumers — will be integrated into CSI's suite of products; terms were not disclosed.

Virtual Technologies Group Acquires Vector Tech Group
