Vulcan Spring & Manufacturing Co. has acquired Gardner Spring, Inc., a Tulsa-based manufacturer of stock springs and wire forms founded in 1907. The deal expands Vulcan’s product offerings and strengthens its position in both stock and custom spring markets while Gardner Spring will continue to operate as a Vulcan subsidiary in Tulsa.

The company, founded in 1998, has more than 70 employees and the buyers plan to expand OCI's footprint and service offerings.
