Williams is a diversified aftermarket parts and service provider for commercial trucks, trailers, diesel engines, and power generation systems operating across 23 states with over 50 locations and more than 1,250 employees; senior management will retain an ownership stake.

GenServe Acquires Valleywide Generator Service

The acquisition makes GenServe’s first Arizona branch and is intended to expand regional coverage and field service capacity across the Southwest U.S.

Sunbelt Solomon Acquires Valley Transformer, Inc.

Sunbelt Solomon Services has acquired Valley Transformer, Inc., a Pacific Northwest provider of transformer repair and refurbishment based in Otis Orchards, Washington. The deal expands Sunbelt Solomon's footprint and capabilities in the Pacific Northwest, giving Valley access to Sunbelt Solomon's inventory, purchasing power, and expanded field and rental services; terms were not disclosed. Valley's president and owner Kerry Riccardi will continue to lead the business as vice president and general manager.

EnergySolutions Acquires Substantially All Assets of Williams Industrial Services Group for $60M

EnergySolutions agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Williams Industrial Services Group Inc. for $60 million through a Section 363 sale as part of Williams' Chapter 11 process. The deal (for Williams' nuclear, fossil, energy delivery and paper mill operations) excludes Williams' water contract operations in Florida and Texas and is intended to expand EnergySolutions' nuclear services and plant-support capabilities.

Bentley Systems Acquires Power Line Systems from TA Associates for ~$700M

Bentley Systems agreed to acquire Power Line Systems, a Madison, Wisconsin–headquartered leader in transmission-line engineering software, from private equity firm TA Associates for approximately $700 million. The acquisition expands Bentley's grid integration and digital twin offerings by adding transmission-grade PLS products to its portfolio and will operate within Bentley's new Grid Integration Group upon closing.

Worldwide Produce Acquires Valley Food Services
