Webhelp has announced its intent to acquire OneLink Holdings, a provider of digitally enabled customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing (BPO), and CRM/technology services. The deal is expected to close before the end of Q4 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
