White Cap Acquires Kris-Con Supply & Fasteners

White Cap (White Cap Supply Holdings LLC) has acquired Kris-Con Supply & Fasteners, a Houston-based supplier of specialty construction supplies and equipment rentals that serves the Houston and Austin metropolitan areas. The deal expands White Cap’s Texas footprint and value‑added services for commercial contractors, and Kris‑Con’s co-owners Mike and Carmen Jackson will join the company as the business is integrated into White Cap’s branch network.
