Wholebake (Elysian Capital III) Acquires Deeside Cereals I Limited

Elysian Capital III LP’s portfolio company Wholebake Limited has acquired Deeside Cereals I Limited from Agrotech Impex PTE Limited. The deal is the first add-on to Wholebake since Elysian’s acquisition of the business and combines two North Wales manufacturers to create a larger contract manufacturer of cereal and snack bar products for retail customers.
