Windjammer Capital acquired PrecisionX Group, a provider of high-precision metal components for mission-critical applications in highly regulated end markets. PrecisionX is headquartered in Waterbury, Connecticut, operates across seven U.S. facilities, and offers deep and shallow drawn/progressive stamping and machining capabilities such as Swiss screw, CNC, and wire EDM.

Windjammer Capital Acquires Bio X Cell
