The deal expands Beyon Cyber's regional footprint and broadens its portfolio of managed security, advisory and technical capabilities across the Middle East.

HARMAN (Samsung) Completes Acquisition of Sound United from Masimo

HARMAN International, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, has completed the acquisition of Sound United, the former consumer audio business of Masimo Corporation. The deal transfers Sound United's portfolio of premium audio brands — including Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Polk Audio, HEOS, Classé, Definitive Technology and Boston Acoustics — to HARMAN, expanding its product offerings across home, personal and automotive audio; media reports value the transaction at approximately $350 million.

Wipro Acquires LeanSwift Solutions

Wipro Limited has signed an agreement to acquire LeanSwift Solutions, a Florida-headquartered Infor systems integrator specializing in ERP, e-commerce and supply chain solutions. The deal strengthens Wipro's Infor cloud practice and expands the capabilities of Wipro FullStride Cloud Services; the transaction was announced December 15, 2021 and was expected to close by March 31, 2022.

Irys Acquires Diversified Technical Services Inc. (DTSI)

Cleo Acquires DataTrans Solutions
