Blue Apron will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Wonder and will be integrated into Wonder’s mealtime “super app,” expanding Wonder’s offering to include Blue Apron meal kits and Heat & Eat options while continuing Blue Apron’s nationwide operations.
