BoxUnion, a Santa Monica-based fitness boxing brand, has acquired TITLE Boxing Club, a franchise operator with about 166 clubs across the United States, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The transaction was backed by the Kwanza Jones & José E. Feliciano SUPERCHARGED Initiative (KJSI) and other existing shareholders; leadership changes include Todd Wadler as CEO and Brooke Budke named president, franchise system, while TITLE’s ownership team remains equity holders.

Former NFL All‑Pro Ryan Kalil and NBA All‑Star Blake Griffin led an ownership group of current and former professional athletes to acquire a majority stake in the Monterrey LFA team (formerly Fundidores de Monterrey) from Fabián Marcos and José Luis Domene. The group has rebranded the club as Osos Monterrey and plans community engagement, player development initiatives and a documentary produced by Kalil and Griffin’s Mortal Media to chronicle the team’s transformation and the owners’ journey.
