Bidvest Noonan Acquires Nexgen Group from Bridges Fund Management

Bidvest Noonan has agreed to buy Nexgen Group, a UK-focused facilities management business (formerly Just Ask), from Bridges Fund Management. The transaction transfers a platform that has grown through five bolt-on deals into a tech-enabled, ESG-focused operator with about £90m revenue and ~3,500 employees to Bidvest Noonan to broaden its UK & Ireland facilities services footprint.
