Perficient, a global digital consultancy, has acquired Inflection Point Systems, a Columbia, Maryland–based software consulting and product development firm with nearshore operations in Monterrey, Mexico. The approximately $15 million-revenue company brings more than 200 professionals and strategic client relationships, strengthening Perficient's nearshore delivery capacity and agile software development capabilities across Latin America.

Perficient Acquires Southport Services Group

Perficient, a public digital transformation consulting firm, acquired Southport Services Group, a Washington, D.C.-based MicroStrategy consultancy with approximately $17 million in annual revenue. The deal adds roughly 100 consulting, technology, sales and administrative professionals and expands Perficient's data solutions capabilities and presence in the Washington D.C. region (plus locations in Phoenix and Mexico City).

Perficient Acquires SMEDIX, Inc.

Perficient, Inc. has acquired SMEDIX, Inc., a San Diego-based healthcare software engineering firm with offshore operations in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The deal (announced Oct 20, 2023) adds ~175 employees and ~$12M in revenue to Perficient, expanding its healthcare software development capabilities and Eastern Europe delivery capacity; the parties targeted closing in January 2024 and the transaction was completed in January 2024.

Teleperformance Acquires PSG Global Solutions

PSG, a Marina del Rey, California–headquartered leader in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) with ~4,000 employees and roughly $75M revenue, will expand Teleperformance's Specialized Services, strengthen its US healthcare vertical and bolster digital recruitment capabilities.

Skillsoft Acquires Pluma

Skillsoft Corp. announced it has acquired Pluma, Inc., a digital executive-quality coaching platform, for approximately $22 million in cash. The purchase expands Skillsoft’s leadership development offerings by adding personalized coaching delivered via Pluma’s scalable SaaS platform and integrating it into Skillsoft’s Percipio learning platform.
