TopBuild Acquires LCR Contractors

TopBuild Corp. (NYSE: BLD) has acquired LCR Contractors, a fireproofing and spray foam insulation contractor serving high-growth Texas and Tennessee markets. The transaction, completed from private equity owner MFG Partners (with ORIX as a partner), adds roughly $58 million of trailing revenue and ~300 installers to TopBuild's residential and commercial insulation platform.
