SPATCO Energy Solutions Acquires Petro Supply

SPATCO Energy Solutions, a Kian Capital-backed platform, has acquired Petro Supply, a family-owned distributor of petroleum equipment based in the Mid-Atlantic, expanding SPATCO's footprint into Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. The add-on strengthens SPATCO's distribution and full-service capabilities for fueling stations, convenience stores and petroleum handling facilities as the platform continues roll-up activity backed by Kian and co-investors.

SPATCO then closed two add-on acquisitions: The Southern Company of North Little Rock (Dec 2020) and Adams Tank & Lift (July 2021), expanding its fueling equipment, installation, maintenance and environmental compliance footprint across the Southeast.

The transaction is an add-on to the SPATCO platform (its fifth acquisition since Kian's 2020 investment) and supports the platform's geographic expansion and service capability growth in petroleum and EV infrastructure services.
