(ACS), a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, has acquired Clark Heating & Cooling, Inc., a residential and light commercial HVAC provider headquartered in Dickson, Tennessee. The deal expands ACS’s footprint in Middle Tennessee and strengthens its HVAC and plumbing service platform; financing for the transaction was provided by funds managed by First Eagle Alternative Credit and Capital Southwest.

Littlejohn & Co. Acquires United Air Temp, Air Conditioning and Heating

Littlejohn & Co., a private investment firm, has acquired United Air Temp, a Lorton, Virginia-headquartered residential HVAC and plumbing services provider, from Summit Park. United Air Temp operates over 45 branches across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S., with more than 850 employees and a customer base of over 90,000 homeowners; Littlejohn will partner with management, which remains a significant investor, to scale the platform organically and via M&A.
