Deppmann Company, a Michigan- and Northern Ohio-focused manufacturer's representative specializing in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and water systems. The acquisition strengthens Vessco's regional network and adds R.L. Deppmann's product portfolio and engineering expertise; terms were not disclosed.
