RXR and Hudson Realty Capital Form RXR-Hudson Real Estate Lending Platform

RXR and Hudson Realty Capital announced the formation of RXR-Hudson, a national commercial real estate debt platform that will originate bridge, mezzanine and preferred-equity style investments across major U.S. markets. The joint platform combines RXR's development and operating expertise with Hudson's origination and lending capabilities and expects to lend more than $2 billion across housing, industrial, and healthcare-related sectors.
