Netgain has acquired SuperSync, the NetSuite applications business previously operated by SCS Cloud, expanding Netgain's NetSuite-native accounting and integration capabilities. The deal transfers the SuperSync product suite — which offers NetSuite integrations for e-commerce, 3PL/fulfillment, CRM, Outlook, procurement and approvals — to Netgain while SCS Cloud will continue its implementation and consulting services.

Celero Commerce Acquires RazorSync

Celero Commerce, a Nashville-based integrated commerce solutions provider, has acquired RazorSync, a Minneapolis-headquartered developer of mobile and desktop SaaS for the field service industry. The deal will combine Celero's payments and commerce capabilities with RazorSync's scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, and invoicing software to deliver an integrated business-management and payments solution for small and mid-sized field-service businesses.

Cority Acquires Greenstone
