Vitruvian Partners to acquire majority stake in Expereo

Vitruvian Partners has agreed to acquire a majority shareholding in Expereo, the managed internet, SD-WAN and cloud access provider, with Apax sas remaining as a minority shareholder and management continuing to lead the business. The deal (subject to customary merger clearances) is intended to accelerate Expereo's growth, broaden its services suite and support further acquisitions to deepen its global network and cloud connectivity offering.
