A.P. Nonweiler, a Renovo Capital-backed coatings manufacturer, acquired Vortex Coatings Inc. (doing business as PurEpoxy) and Groupe Distribution Inc. (doing business as Ice Epoxy) to expand its concrete and decorative coatings product offering. The deal is the first add-on completed by A.P. Nonweiler since Renovo's investment and is intended to broaden manufacturing capacity, R&D capability, and distribution reach in the concrete coatings market.
