Freeman Spogli & Co., together with Galco management and other investors, has acquired Galco Industrial Electronics, Inc., an e-commerce driven MRO-focused distributor headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan. CEO Mike Conwell and the existing management team will continue to lead the company; financial terms were not disclosed. Freeman Spogli said it will support Galco's next phase of growth and strategic expansion.
