Fellow Health Partners, a New York-based medical business solutions company, has acquired Billing Services, Inc. (BSI), a long-established medical billing firm with locations in Manhattan, Ronkonkoma, and East Hampton, New York. The acquisition gives Fellow Health Partners additional billing scale and client relationships (BSI handled over $400 million in billing for 250+ clinicians) and enables the combined company to deploy Fellow's SAVi technology and training to expand services.
