Graphic Village Acquires T-Max Graphics

Graphic Village has acquired T-Max Graphics, a Muncie, Indiana-based wide-format printing and signage company with about 20 employees. The deal, completed by Graphic Village (whose parent is Revitalize Capital), expands Graphic Village's large-format printing capabilities, adds a Midwest location in Indiana and broadens its presence in the restaurant end market.

Graphic Village, a Cincinnati-based print marketing provider backed by Revitalize Capital, has acquired Sunrise Hitek Group, a Chicago-based variable-data, large-format printing and display fabrication company. The acquisition expands Graphic Village's geographic footprint into the Chicago market and adds Sunrise Hitek's ~25 employees and production capabilities to the platform.

Graphic Village Acquires Mail Louisville

Graphic Village (Revitalize Capital) Acquires Intrinzic Brand Consultancy

Intrinzic will operate as a division of Graphic Village with its team relocating to Graphic Village’s Blue Ash offices and its leadership joining Graphic Village’s management team, expanding Graphic Village’s suite of marketing and brand capabilities.

Graphic Village Acquires OneTouchPoint Cincinnati Operations

Graphic Village purchased the Cincinnati operations of OneTouchPoint on December 30, 2021, acquiring personnel, equipment and the local customer base in a divestiture by OneTouchPoint. The deal will transition the Cincinnati facility's operations to Graphic Village’s Blue Ash, Ohio site and expands Graphic Village’s print, marketing and mailing capabilities in the Cincinnati region.
