Novoferm Group has acquired Robust AB, a leading Northern European manufacturer of steel security and fire doors, from private equity owner Norvestor VI. The transaction closed on 17 May 2019; Norvestor had owned Robust since February 2013 and helped expand the business' UK and Swedish manufacturing operations.

Norvestor IX has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in Wint Group AB, a Gothenburg-based provider of automated cloud accounting and payroll software for micro and small businesses. Wint generates over SEK 140 million in ARR, serves ~4,500 customers, employs about 100 people, and Norvestor will become the company's largest shareholder following the transaction (expected to close Q4 2024).

NetNordic Group Acquires Bolero AB

NetNordic Group, majority owned by Norvestor, has acquired Bolero AB, a Swedish provider of cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, network and data centre services. The add-on deal expands NetNordic's competence and capacity in Sweden; Bolero (80 employees, SEK 270 million revenue last fiscal year) will have its management shareholders reinvesting and continue to operate within the NetNordic platform.

Nors, S.A. Acquires Strongco Corporation

Portuguese equipment dealer Nors, S.A. agreed to acquire Strongco Corporation for CAD$3.15 per share in cash, representing a transaction value of approximately CAD$193 million (including net debt). The deal, effected by a statutory plan of arrangement, gives Nors a Canadian platform for selling, renting and servicing construction, mining and forestry equipment and is expected to close before the end of Q1 2020 subject to shareholder, court and regulatory approvals.
