Blackwell Capital Group LLC has acquired Custom Production Grinding, a Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin-based precision grinding company founded in 1983. The deal — sold by second-generation owner Robert Marx — will keep existing leadership in place while Blackwell plans to expand the company's geographic reach and breadth of grinding services.
