Agility Recovery has acquired BOLDplanning Inc., a Nashville-based provider of web-based continuity planning tools and consulting for COOP, EOP, BCP, and hazard mitigation. The deal adds BOLDplanning's public-sector planning software and subject-matter experts to Agility's Agility Central suite, expanding Agility's capability to serve government, education, healthcare, and business customers.
