Flexport is acquiring the assets of Shopify Logistics, including Deliverr, from Shopify to expand into e‑commerce fulfillment and last‑mile delivery. The deal brings Deliverr's fulfillment capabilities and Shop Promise support into Flexport's platform to offer end‑to‑end logistics from ocean/air forwarding through last‑mile for merchants.

FedEx Acquires ShopRunner

FedEx Corporation completed its acquisition of ShopRunner, an e-commerce platform that connects brands and merchants with online shoppers. ShopRunner will operate within FedEx Dataworks to combine its pre-purchase, data-driven marketing and omnichannel capabilities with FedEx's logistics and post-purchase services to expand FedEx's e-commerce offering.

Redbrick Acquires Delivra

Shopify Acquires 6 River Systems

Shopify Inc. has completed its acquisition of 6 River Systems, adding the company’s cloud-based fulfillment software and fleet of collaborative mobile robots to the Shopify Fulfillment Network. The 6 River Systems team of more than 130 employees will remain in Waltham, Massachusetts, and the company’s brand and operations will continue as Shopify expands its fulfillment capabilities.

DHL Supply Chain Acquires IDS Fulfillment

DHL Supply Chain, a unit of Deutsche Post, has acquired Indiana-based IDS Fulfillment to expand its U.S. warehousing and fulfillment network for small and midsize e-commerce customers. The deal (terms undisclosed) brings roughly 1.3 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space across three states and was agreed before recent tariff changes.
