NexGen Technologies (operator of NexGen Contact Solutions) acquired Walkabout Workplace, a browser-based remote employee management/virtual office platform, and launched NexGen Virtual to commercialize the technology. The acquisition expands NexGen's capability to manage remote and hybrid workforces and integrates Walkabout Workplace's features (including Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex integrations) into a self-implementation SaaS offering for BPOs, enterprises and SMBs.
