The investment (terms not disclosed) will support Priority Power's organic growth and acquisition-led strategy, and Ara has taken board representation alongside Priority Power leadership and an industry representative from Teleios Commodities.

Priority Power's CEO Brandon Schwertner will remain in place and the investment is intended to accelerate the company’s growth and expansion of its private transmission, distribution and energy services across the U.S.

Priority Power Acquires Atlas Retail Energy
