The transaction is an add-on to JPB's residential HVAC and plumbing platform (including Blue Mountain Plumbing, Heating & Cooling) to support de novo growth and additional add-on acquisitions across Virginia.

The investment will support Burton's organic growth and continued add-on acquisition strategy; ShoreView, the prior sponsor, exited its investment as part of the transaction.

The add-on expands Burton's geographic reach into southeastern Wisconsin and adds scale to its field technician workforce and service vehicle fleet.
