Ringbeck, a portfolio company of AURELIUS Growth Investments, has acquired Klaus Hildebrandt AG, a Berlin-based gardening and landscaping contractor specialising in complex green roofing installations. The deal is an add-on to the Ringbeck-Group (its fifth in under two years), expands the group's presence in northern and eastern Germany, and keeps the target's management team as minority shareholders.

ABC Technologies Acquires Majority Interest in Karl Etzel GmbH

ABC Technologies Holdings Inc. completed the acquisition of a majority interest in Karl Etzel GmbH from the Schürrle family for approximately US$95 million. Karl Etzel, an injection-molding tier-1/2 supplier based in Mühlacker, Germany, will expand ABC's European product suite and provide greater diversification into German-based global OEM customers.

Heckler & Koch (H&K AG) Acquires Chrom-Müller Metallveredelung GmbH

H&K AG (Heckler & Koch) has acquired all shares in Chrom-Müller Metallveredelung GmbH of Oberndorf am Neckar from the Chrom-Müller Besitz GbR and the Stark and Müller-Stark families for a high single-digit million euro purchase price. The acquisition secures in-house chrome-plating expertise for weapon barrels and allows H&K to diversify those capabilities into civil markets such as automotive, mechanical engineering and aerospace. Further transaction details were agreed to be kept confidential.

Uhlmann & Zacher, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Waldbüttelbrunn, Bavaria, has about 110 employees and reported roughly €21 million in sales for 2024; ASSA ABLOY says the deal adds complementary products and is accretive to earnings from day one.
