JBS S.A. Acquires Vivera Foodgroup for €341 million

JBS S.A. has agreed to acquire Vivera Foodgroup, one of Europe’s largest plant-based protein producers, for an enterprise value of €341 million. The deal includes Vivera’s three manufacturing sites and R&D center in the Netherlands and will position JBS to expand its global plant-based product platform while keeping Vivera as a standalone unit under its current management.
