NW Natural Water Acquires Far West's Foothills Water and Wastewater Utilities

NW Natural Water Company, a subsidiary of Northwest Natural Holding Company, has completed the acquisition of the water and wastewater utilities of Far West Water & Sewer, Inc., serving the Foothills area of Yuma, Arizona. The acquired utilities (doing business as Foothills Utilities) serve roughly 25,000 connections and employ about 40 people; the deal expands NW Natural Water's operations into Arizona.

NW Natural Water Acquires Northwest Water Services and Aquarius Utilities

NW Natural Water Company, LLC (a subsidiary of Northwest Natural Holding Company) signed agreements to acquire Northwest Water Services and Aquarius Utilities, which together serve about 1,400 connections in Washington near its existing Cascadia Water footprint. The deals are subject to customary closing conditions, including Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission approval, and are expected to close in 2022.

Primo Water Corporation Acquires Mountain Valley Water Company of Los Angeles

Primo Water Corporation, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Primo Water North America, acquired substantially all assets of Mountain Valley Water Company of Los Angeles, adding over 8,000 customers and strengthening Primo's footprint in Southern California. The deal makes Primo the sole home and office bottled water distributor of Mountain Valley spring water in the region and expands product offerings for acquired customers.

Quench Acquires Crescent Hills Water Company

Quench USA, Inc., a Culligan company that provides bottleless filtered drinking water solutions, has acquired Crescent Hills Water Company, a point-of-use drinking water systems provider based in Grapevine, Texas. The acquisition adds density in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and expands Quench’s service and customer coverage in the region.
