Dril-Quip, Inc. acquired Great North Wellhead (d/b/a Redco Group) from Industrial Growth Partners in an all-cash transaction that closed July 31, 2023 for approximately $80 million plus potential earn-outs. The acquisition expands Dril-Quip's Well Construction portfolio and geographic presence in Canada, adding wellhead and completion products, rental equipment and engineering/field services with ~ $100M in annual revenue and strong EBITDA margins.

The acquisition adds ~30 MBoe/d of production and ~69 MMBoe of proved reserves, is expected to be immediately accretive to key metrics, generate ~$50 million of annual synergies, and strengthen Talos's balance sheet.
